Submission pathway

  1. Confirm the manuscript fits the journal’s focus and scope.
  2. Prepare files using the author resources / manuscript guidance.
  3. Complete ethics, funding and conflict disclosures.
  4. Upload the manuscript and supplementary files online.
  5. Track editorial decisions and upload revisions when requested.

Preparation checklist

  • Manuscript is original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Files are prepared in an editable format (DOCX or LaTeX).
  • Abstract, keywords, references and figure captions are complete.
  • All authors have approved the submitted version.
  • ORCID and affiliation details are ready for the metadata form.
  • Ethics, funding and conflict statements are prepared.
